Refund Policy
All of our products are digital products. The purchase of digital products, including instant downloads and online files, is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase in ArtDigitalGraphic.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” due to the nature of the product. Therefore, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:
1. You purchased many of the same products accidentally.
We are willing to refund you if you purchase the same product multiple times. You will notify us by email or contact, and please please provide your order numbers in detail. We will check and refund you or inform you by email.
2. There is a technical problem with the product.
Reach out with specific information about the technical issue, please. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved, let us know by email or contact please. We will check and fix it around 24 hrs if it had a technical problem.
Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created.
3. The product was misrepresented in the description.
A “misrepresented” product occurs when the delivered item does not match the described function in the product description or when an item stated to be included is not delivered.
A product would NOT be misrepresented if a buyer believes that the item “doesn’t look good” or “isn’t high quality compared to other items purchased.”

- You DO NOT need the purchased product.
- You DO NOT have sufficient expertise to use the product.
- You DO NOT have the correct software to open and edit the products.
- You bought an item by ACCIDENT in ArtDigitalGraphic.
- You found other products that you like better.
- You have changed your mind about your purchase.
- You are having trouble downloading the products because of your internet service.
- You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but you are unable to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue.
